steering wheel

anybody have any ideas on how to get rid of the black mark on the top of the steering wheel.

steering wheel

What black mark are you refering too. I think a replacement Steering wheel from Grant would do the trick though

the top part of my steering wheel used to be tan and now its a faded black color.

Sounds like you wore through th factory dye, you can re dye it, but it never lasts as long as the original, or you can get a couver for it. I'ts caused by the sweat on your hands and the uv rays of the sun. Treating them helps, on vynel and on leather. Hope that helps.---Gord.

new wheel

I went to the local trim shop and they replaced the leather wheel cover for $100.

It looks just like a new one!

you can get a cover for it at an auto parts store. cheaper than replacing it

it is a handful!

The previous owner of my truck had put a cover over mine and it made the wheel too thick for me. That is why I opted to have it recovered just like original.
