dome light gh

Anybody ever had an issue when the door ajar light stays on as you drive? You can open and close all the doors and the light stays on but finnaly goes off after maybe 100 feet. Its only happened once after I shut the truck off, the dome light stayed on for 10 mins or so and then went out by itself. Short of pulling a fuse forever,does anybody have any ideas as to where to start ?

Any help would be appreciated.
