Couple questions.

First, do i need a whole new slider window if that latch on it is broken? I have a topper on it now so Im not worried but I dont want to have to buy a whole new window and have it installed. And second, are the 6.0 seats a direct fit into the 7.3 ?

No you dont need a new latch for the back window my brother has driven around for years without his, sorry i cant hellp with the seats bump for ya

well, when i sell the topper I will want a latch as the truck spends time in denver and some not so trustworthy areas. I was wondering if I could just try and work it off with like a chisel and put a new one on. Without breaking the window of course

When mine fell off i used goof off to get the rest of the crap off and then used gorilla glue to glue it back on.

yeah but mine is still stuck. Im not worried about getting a new one on as much as I am worried about getting the broken one off

whats stuck? the window or the latch? if its the latch use goof off, its a miracle worker, it works on mostly everything else and plus it worked for me. If that does work and got he more serious root and get terpintine, if the window is stuck i would suggest taking it out and cleaning the area where it slides, i would buy a new window till i had to becuase you will probly pay pretty good money for a new window. try those and tell me how it works

If you're worried about it getting broken into they'll probably not try to slide your rear window, much quicker to smash in the door window. plus having the latch broke can come in handy if you lock your keys in the truck.

not to sound like an a$$ but i think we all know that i just think he doesnt wanna think about that and, maybe he just wants the piece of mind thinking that since all his windows work and close that the robber wouldnt break any windows just to get something
