Regular cab bench seat swap Will Crew or Super Cab seats also work?

Looking to replace the seat in my 99 regular cab.

Will any seat from any body style work or do I need to stick with regular cab only?

One junk yard says regular cab only and another says any should work.

Nice seats from a regular cab are hard to find, but there seem to be plenty of good crew and super cab seats available. Just trying to figure out if it will work before I spend the $.

I figured worse case I might have to drill some new holes or modify the back mounts or something.

Anyone know?

i believwe if you wanna put in bucket seats you'd have to take the extra rails and mount them....i want to replace mine as well, after long nights of plowing for 20hours my back and neck are killing me from my seat
