New style door panel's with old dash?

I'm looking at doing a seat and door panel swap on my 03 from a 2011.
Will the new style door panel's fit where they meet the dash?

The new doors have a good drop in them on the top panel of the door. If anyone has input please I'm also interested. Everything but the top lines up.

I have 09 doors and door panels and old dash on my 2000. The hard part is the wiring.

I know the door didn't change, but the dash and door panels did.
If the new dash and old style dash are the same width it won't be an issue.
I'm going over to my friends house to measure his 10.
I'll post the measurments.

I was out washing the truck and thought I'd get some pictures for you. The panels do not contact the dash so there's no rubbing/squeaking when driving.
