What dash piece are you talking about??? The part where the key cylinder is??

Just FYI. Anytime you do anything even close to the air bags your supposed to disconnect the bats. You don't want the air bag deploying while you have a screw driver in your hand.

You may have to reset it but I have never had a problem connecting and disconnecting air bag plugs but the bats were always disconnected.

I COMPLETELY took my batts out while I worked on my dash, I was totally paranoid those things would go off! But my key cylinder doesn't work either

If ya'll are sure you didn't leave anything unplugged then I think your only option is to pull codes on it and go from there. Im pretty sure those generic scanners won't do it. If you don't have auto enginuity or another good scanner then you'll have to take it to a shop that can pull codes on the air bag system. The ones at autozone only do emissions as far as I know.

So your sayin when I turn the key on and the airbag light flashes, its giving me the number of the code like the OBD 1 systems? Where can I get the definition of the codes?
