What dash piece are you talking about??? The part where the key cylinder is??
Just FYI. Anytime you do anything even close to the air bags your supposed to disconnect the bats. You don't want the air bag deploying while you have a screw driver in your hand. You may have to reset it but I have never had a problem connecting and disconnecting air bag plugs but the bats were always disconnected. |

Well ...... I didn't disconect the batts. Had too much beer to care about an airbag deploying. So whats the fix?

If ya'll are sure you didn't leave anything unplugged then I think your only option is to pull codes on it and go from there. Im pretty sure those generic scanners won't do it. If you don't have auto enginuity or another good scanner then you'll have to take it to a shop that can pull codes on the air bag system. The ones at autozone only do emissions as far as I know.

the air bag light will flash the code turn key on .a tone will sound then light will flash the code then use the power of the computer to fid code number there is a place to reset the light on most cars and truck most of the time next to the air bag moduel
