Power windows and door locks problem

2000 F250 s/d 7.3. Power windows (all) don't work. Checked fuse and it's good. Power door locks work but when you activate them the dome lite works in sync with the switching. Help please. Have the service manuals but can't locate the problem. Thanks Don.

Had this problem today. Pop the rubber flex tube piece off and check wires inside. My ground (black wire) was broken in 2. Spliced together and all was well.
