Best Touchscreen Display?

Happy Sunday to everyone!
As you're all aware, technology is always changing...new electronics are coming out almost daily. I'm looking for an easy to use head unit with bluetooth and navigation capabilities that will fit in an '03 f250. Anyone have any recommendations? I like the idea of the Appradio3 but not that it operates off of your data plan...I use enough as it is! The Parrot looked interesting but I've heard it's a bit buggy. Any other recommendations?

Thanks in Advance!

I heard bad things of the appradio, not sure about the three, but heard its really limited as to what apps it can actually play. I am also looking for one.

Alpine or Kenwood, there are no other choices haha. Pioneer is junk IMO. Alpine n kenwood will be more pricey but well worth ur money and investment.

I have a pioneer 5500 and it works great. I don't have Nav as I use my I phone. Installation was EZ as you just need to open up the stock opening a little.

The only decent thing about kenwood is the navigation, the UI sucks. I've had the Pioneer D3, I upgraded to the X920BT, and the X930BT in my expedition. Right now I'm running the 920, with the 940 software and couldn't be happier.

I personally run alpine 920hd, boss has a dnn990 or 991 with built in WiFi and what not, slow start up but he loves it otherwise. We won't use or buy Pioneer. But whatever suites you best! We get lots of people with radio noise and the iPod/iPhone interfacing and specific cable for pioneer is what we hear the most complaints about. Just don't go buy yourself a Dual please

Definitely the alpine. It comes with a smoke switch.

Its an added feature the new models came with!
I do stereos for a living so I have 6 years of experience myself with this subject, and within my work about 100. Just radio noise when you get into doing 4 channel amps, mono blocks etc. We just don't like Pioneer at all, exxpecially the iPod stuff(coming from customers voices) of needing a damn 50-100$ cable if u have a iPhone 5 or new gen iPod blah blah blah, but some people love their pioneer so that's fine too. I'm just giving ya my .02 and experience with it. Just keep in mind Alpine has the Coal Rolling Switch Option.
Lol these guys!
