Crew cab door rattle

I have an 01 F 350 Crew cab I have a rattle when going over bumps. It sounds like the rear doors but not sure. It sounds like the latch is loose on the striker, is there anyone who knows a fix for this?

I went through this, I ran tubing in door seals, readjusted door strikers, shrink wrapped the rod inside the door for the locks, I was losing my mind! Then I tore the doors apart and found the little resisters for the door speakers had broken off and were rattling around in the bottom of the doors. So I soldered them back on and wrapped them in electrical tape so it won't happen again. Now I have super quiet doors with no road noise! Good luck hunting!

I am going to try the mod in the video, but I am going to try and use 3/8 round foam insulation I found at home depot. I am going to try it tomorrow I'll let you know how it goes.

I did it. I like the way it came out the foam really holds up strong and creates a good seal for the doors but doesn't over do it to where you have to slam the door to close it. It was a little hard to install in the seal all I can say is a lot of lube. I did have problems with the foam breaking half way through. I'll I did was run my puller through one of the small holes and pulled the foam through the other way.
