Passenger side window not working.

I have an '02 f550 with electrical gremlins. The passenger side window will only go down. I've replaced both driver and passenger switches and the motor. Same symptoms. I've followed the wires the best I could with no signs of wear. The motor is getting power to both prongs of the plug (test light, I don't have a working Voltage tester). I jumped the motor and it works, but only then, not via switches. I've run out of ideas, please help.

Try swapping the Relay for another one in the fusebox.
