F250 Hush Panels

I am having a tough time finding the drivers side hush panel for my 01 PSD. It seems Ford no longer sells them part # YC3Z-78046A25-AA. I also cannot located any excursions in any junkyards. Were these ever in any other trucks like the newer 6.0 or later and will they fit. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I might have some at home, you're talking about the foam stuff that goes behind the door panel right?
