Itching to upgrade my interior to 05-07

So the other day I was at the junk yard and they brought in 4 05-07 superdutys

I grabbed a complete header panel and already swapped it on my truck..

Well one there had the auto rear window and pedals and and all of them had a complete dash setup...

I need to get a door for my truck but wondering if I should do the hole dash upgrade?... Seems like one of the trucks had the brake controller installed in it but I can't find any info on that swap..

I'm guessing with my truck being a 99 I'll need to wire up everything from scratch, witch I'm good with wiring so it's not a big deal..

Is it all worth it?

I might not bother with the auto pedals cus I had a truck that had em and never used em lol

I still need to buy parts to finish my bronco and I'm broke..

So I can get a complete dash assembly for $50 or the power back glass for around that same price...

Can't decide witch one to get..

I just broke the latch on my rear window but can glue it back on...but I don't want ether to get snagged by someone else lol

Witch one should I get first?

The TBC won't work in your 99. If you had a 6.0, you'd want to grab the master cylinder if you were taking the TBC. You'd need that and a PCM reflash.

Personally, I'd go with a Prodigy P3 over the OEM brake controller. It'll be less expensive, easier to install, and more reliable.

I'd love to have a power rear slider, didn't know that was something we could swap...I always have my windows open, but never that one...

It would be easy for you.
Your truck should have the wiring already there.

Had to test the switch sense I can't find a wiring diagram.

Tested the switch.. Have 7 wires...4 of witch seem to do nothing.

Blue with black stripe is the power wire,
Purple with blue stripe is one way and purple with green stripe is the other way.

If I run power to one of the black wires it sends direct power to purple/blue.

The other one will send power to the purple/green

Any ideas on these two black wires?

The blue/red must be the light and the black next to it might be the ground but I'm not getting any connection between the two.

Mitch- For a project like this, you will almost certainly need a Helm manual for your truck, and the donor truck. Take a look at the Helm INC site- You will pay for a subscription, but invaluable resource. Not sure if you can still order the paper electrical manuals or not.

On side note- I am very interested in how this goes. I have an early 99 Lariat and can't stand the color of the interior. I would also be interested in trying to do an 05 interior install. Once did that with a Mustang- 93 dash into an 82 car. Be sure to take some pics!
