4-Gauge Pillar w/ DP Install Pics

Hey folks, hadn't really seen a picture of this particular setup on here, so thought I'd throw up pictures of my new gauge install in case anyone is trying to decide on the DP gauge mount. It's a 4-gauge pillar with pyro on the bottom, then trans temp, then boost, and of course the DP Tuner is on top (makes it really easy to hit the buttons). Gauges are Diprocol Optix, and it all matches the interior lighting very well. May need to pop the pillar again and dim them a little, but works good for now. I wound up buying an 8-ft DP cable since my 4-ft cable didn't look like it would work for a top hole mount. And, the top hole is the only one I can reach out and touch without leaning.

Pillar and gauges came from puredieselpower.com. I went ahead and had them paint match for me, and they did a great job matching the early '99 medium prairie tan. I think it's a western diesel brand or something like that.

FWIW - when I was constantly playing with my explorer, I bought some Autometer single/double gauge partial pillar mounts (they were for a chevy but were a close fit). Anyhow, you could probably attach one or two half way up and throw in some colored filler around the seams if you felt like it. Takes some work though.

well im talking from experience.... i owe 1 trans to the edge juice... took my tranny out less than 2 months after it was installed on my truck... my truck had under 40k miles on it

the edge Juice has no trans feature at all...

i have tried many diff tuners, programmers and chips on my truck and the TW chip is the only one i have liked.. and its the only one thats staying on my truck...

I just got a boost, trans, EGT gauge setup

Where do we get the boost/vacuum reading from, is there a specific place we should get it from on the engine?
