Frozen door seals

Every time its cold out, my doors stick closed. The weather stripping around the doors including the tailgate freeze and I can never get the doors open.

It is something about the water/snow falling down in the top of the doors and then it freezes their. Also I get leaks around the bottom of the doors where my carpet is a little damp.

Does anyone else have problems with this? I've never had a vehicle that the doors stick this bad. Usually it only happens after washing in the cold weather, but this happens most everyday when it is 0 degrees. Any way to fix?

I eventually rip off the weather stripping on my work truck from this very thing. The only thing that I ever found that helps is to spray the rubber with WD40. Seems to do pretty good.
