A/C Stuck on? Now Heat stuck on?

I got a funky one boys... When I first bought my truck I couldn't get the heat to work.. figured I maybe needed heater core. played with the cold/hot knob a little popped the hood and jiggled some stuff and then all of a sudden my heats working great.. now my heat is stuck on max heat( live in southern Lousianna) but no A/C. When I put it on MAX A/C it is still very hot coming out of the vents.. All of my controls seem to be working(floor, face vents ETC) just no climate control.. Any ideas?

short somewhere or bad switch. I had the same issue in my fire engine, if its not set in the right spot when I turn the batteries on I get whatever it was set at no matter how I change it..... Sucks to have full heater in 115* summer weather!!!
The engine is an international cab and chassis so I know most of the Ford things are the same, mine needed a whole new switch set up (all 3 had to be replaced)

I figured it out gentleman, If you drop your glovebox down and look inside you can see your electronic blend door actuator. Either its the actuator or the actual blend door. Refer to here:

If its not the actuator.. here is a cheap solution called "heater treater
