dash lights goind dim

Hello all. My fuel gauge and volt gauge are getting dimmer. My first thought was my gauge causing this from to much draw. But then they would've been dim when I first put the gauges in. So what is going on here?

The exact same 2 just went dim on my truck im thinking the bulb or whatever is behind them has burned out.

Ok I looked again and it is my temp and fuel not volts....I didn't mess with any of their grounds. Yea I'm thinking bulbs too....How hard is it to get to them?
