ALOT 01 F250 Interior Conversion Questions???

I recently just bought an 01' f250 xlt ext cab, for the beloved 7.3L. The interior is, well outdated and my wife hates it. So my question here is, is it possible to swap out everything with an 07' or 08' f250? At the moment I have just manual seats but I'd like to upgrade to auto, heated seats. I'd also like to upgrade the controls to all digital if at all possible. And I've read a lot about not being able to upgrade the instrument panel. Is that true?

And I know this one would require a lot of work, time, and money but is it possible to swap the whole interior with the interior out of an 07' f150 and change from a gear column to a gear shifter in the center console as well?

Thanks Guys!

Any f250/350 seats will bolt right in, I'm unsure of the f150 tho. Next just run your wiring to the seats and hook everything up( a few write ups on this just google it) Also I don't think anyone has done a digital dash conversion. You could use aftermarket digital gauges that you could build your own, while not simple or cost effective if you want it go for it. Lastly changing it out from the column shift to a floor(?) shift wouldn't be too hard but to make it look "modern" would be. As for the entire interior I don't know for sure but I don't imagine the 07 f150 is as wide as an 01 f250 dash wise and I think it would need a ton of custom work. If you wanted to do the 07(not too much different) interior from a 250 that would be a direct swap in, an 08 how ever would take some work but is also doable.

DD- 11 6.7 scsb: sct4 gearhead tunes, 4" dpb axle dump exhaust, 2.5 level, fox shocks, no limit egr delete, no limit stage 2 intake, STT PRO 295/65r20, black fuel couplers

sold- 00 7.3 modded to the end.

do you know where i could find a thread to convert to 08', I've tried looking but to no avail. I've haven't had any luck finding custom gauges for a custom made instrument panel either.. And does anyone know where i can find information on converting to a console(floor) shifter?

Also what year was the navigator?
