I've had relays go crazy before and do this very same thing... I'd try and track down where the noise is coming from.

Thinking the buzz might not have any thing to do with slow turn over. Battery gauge dips way down when starting, thinking one bad battery. Buzz coming from middle dash

First, so you know exactly what the batteries are going "down" to, put a meter on the system (use the in-cab "outlet" maybe), and see where the voltage drops to when cranking. Next, is it buzzing in the Run (key-on) position too? If so, see if turning on the Hazards or Turn Signals stops it.

The buzz sounds like a tattoo gun and only lasts for a second when key is in on position not when starting the engine

Update:
One bad battery connection causing both buzz and slow crank!
