Fuse Panel Problems?

I have a 2002 F350 Dually 7.3L. While driving down the road the all dash gauges die along with the radio, power windows, interior lights and the automatic headlights will stay on unless I turn it off manually. I pulled the fuse and it is ok, and when I put it back in everything works fine for awhile. So i removed the fuse panel cover and when it goes out down the road I can tough the fuse and it will all come back on for awhile until it happens again. I have found that if I pull the fuse out and put it in half way it happens less frequently. It has also started doing while parked and summer heats the inside. I am looking at a new fuse panel to fix the problem but I have heard that some of these trucks have the Gen module in the panel and that only requires ford to reprogram. The service advisor at the ford dealership told me this model did not have a gen module. And help is greatly appreciated.
