No, i havne't seen it done but I am sure it would be a fairly easy change over. With a Stock ford seat of course. The middle seat belt install might be a difficult point.

No, i believe they are anchored to the floor in a spot that is reinforced so they won't come out. I might be wrong.
I know on my old 72 chevy they were anchored to the floor cause I pulled the seat our once.

in my old 78 ford the belt was ancored to the floor but it had a verry heavy duty bolt that held it down. might be like that , just have to cut out the floor liner

I also been looking into swaping the consol out for a seat, you should check on ebay, there are a few on there now for a good price.

I had changed the rear console out in my 2000 Lariat LE. I used a matching leather console/jump seat from a company called Qualitex. I purchased it at a local truck accessory shop. I also purchased a seat belt and hardware. The seat belt bolts to the floor board. Ford has bosses preinstalled in the floor board for this or you can drill holes and use over-sized washers as reinforcements. The end result looked nice and was OK for the kids, but you would not want to sit there for any length of time as the bottom cushion was somewhat narrow.

I'm having trouble putting an image in my posts
So I uploaded photos into "My Garage"
The console/jumpseat fits with the arm rests in place.
