Need help with wiring

Ok a few days ago I bought another superduty it's a 2000 ccsb but its a gas 5.4 truck. I knew when I bought I was going to have to fix some wiring issues . But I think I'm getting in over my head fast. I guess we will start with cut wires I don't know where they go ( I did not cut these wires ) first I have a green with a red stripe coming out of the fuse box. Two I have a light blue with a yellow strip hanging by the obd2 port. Three there is a light blue with a pink stripe hanging with what I think is the trailer brake harness . I am for some reason missing my keyed hot for my radio and the constant hot is dead. And the kicker none of the windows or locks will work until the truck is running and it will let out a beep. So if anyone can help me in getting this fixed it would be a huge help

I think a factory shop manual will do you the most good for this. If you can't find the other end of the cut wire, the shop manual should tell you where it goes.

Yea a manual would be great right about now. I've been under the dash of this truck for some time now and the other ends are gone

That would be your best bet then. You might even be trying to chase wires to an uninstalled option. If you have an AE scanner for your 7.3, it'll work for this truck as well. Of course, if the OBDii isn't working, you're up the creek until that's fixed.

My other sd is a 6.0. I have a code reader but I'm not getting any codes or lights.
