looking to install a 06 f250 dash in my 01 f350 - few questions

Hello
So i have the opportunity to buy a 06 f250 dash
I have a 01 f350
From reading around I think i remember this being a bolt in application (more or less)
The first thing (and only thing) i notice is the ac/heater controls are different looking ...
Can anyone elaborate on if the connections for the controls are different or if the air ducts are different etc.

I'm stoked on this opportunity because my dash has seen better days and this one is the same color as mine and its in great condition

I believe that the ducts connect to the vents are different and you need the ones from the donor. theres several write ups that if you search im sure you can find. Other than that its just minor modifications
