03 6.0L lariat captins chairs and conslen mounted in 01 7.3L XL

i resently bought lariat seats out of my buddy's 03 6.0l.......i was wondering if they will bolt up in my 01 XL?.....i think they will. If they do doese anyone have suggestion on how to wire the driver seat so i have full power?

From my understanding its a direct bolt in (up to an 07 bolts directly in I think), wiring.... No idea

My truck is an early 99 and I had a power seat connector under the carpet even though my truck didn't come with power seats. Plugged my 02 power seats into it and they worked

okay....where did you find that conector? I wasnt sure if i would have one since my truck is a XL and a regular cab.

It was right under the driver's seat. My truck's an xlt, I wouldn't think the xl would have it though

In theory it should just need a fused 12v power source - and if you look in your fuse panel there should be extra (unused) slots. Simply wire it up so your power wire comes from one of those, put a fuse in it (whatever is in a power seat equipped truck) and then ground the other side of the wire to a good ground. If the seat works backwards, flip the polarity (I would assume).
