Accessing rear speaker in a Crew Cab

So ive got an 03 crew cab and am having the hardest time removing the rear pillar panel to get to the rear speaker...I can find anything anywhere on how to do this...can anyone help me?

pop the trim cover on the shoulder belt and there will be a torx bolt you'll have to remove (bolt should stay in the shoulder belt bracket) i pull the door sill out of the way so i can get my fingers behind the plastic and pull straight out. just remember cold plastic isnt forgiving, i dont know what the temps are where your at but i generally like to put it in my shop for a couple of hours wheres its warmer. hope this helps
