upfitter switch wiring

i am thinking about putting upfitter switches in my truck. i have searched and read but i can't figure out the wiring. my truck is a 2000 so i won't be able to just plug it in. does anyone know what the different wires require(ie constant or keyed hot) and how much load is on them
