Pricing for Front/Rear Seats

I just picked up a 2000 Crew Cab Lariat and the seats are garbage in them. They've got some of those expensive leather seat covers - but of course they're gray instead of the tan they're supposed to be (previous owner spent almost $1000 on them and they sent the wrong color). Anywho, I've found some mint tan cloth seats locally that I think I can get for $400 front/rear. They're the 40/20/40 instead of the buckets in the truck now.

2 questions;

1) Is that a decent price for fronts/rears? They have NO tears or signs of wear at all.

2) Are they a direct bolt in? they look like it, but I didn't take measurments...

I guess I am taking the lazy way to figure that out, lol - I can go outside and measure the 40/20/40 mounting points in my truck - I'm more worried about the center console than anything else.
