Wanting to relocate rear speakers. Help

Hey guys. I want to relocate the rear speakers into the doors. I know I've read some one on here did it, but I can't find it on the search. Just wanted to see if I could find some pics or good advice before cutting into my door panels. The whole stereo is aftermarket, and the speakers pointing into the rear seat are starting to bother me. Thanks in advance.
