2003 F 250 Clockspring?

Can anyone direct me to an aftermarket clock spring? Dorman doesn't have one for this year and model according to the tech at dorman.

I've had the same issue. The only place i've found em is through a dealership. Tousley has had the best price so far for around $95..

I picked mine up at Autozoe for $75. Been working great for the last two years!

Thanks for the tip. Ill check them out. What were your symptoms? My cruise doesnt work and the horn blows continuously. Took out the fuse until i can diagnose and repair. Everything i see points to the clock spring. Thoughts? Thanks.

Re: 2003 F 250 Clockspring?

Sounds more like a sticking horn contact than a clockspring issue.

Sticking Horn Contact Fix - Don't Need New Airbag

Give that a try first (its free minus the cost of a small tube of silicone.)

Also wiring changed in 02 I believe and most of the dorman and parts store stuff are 99-01. Idk what the difference is, just pointing out what I've figured while diagnosing my problem.

My cruise didn't work, and my horn didn't work at all either. Not sure about the horn sticking, might try what codyryan07 said first.

Re: 2003 F 250 Clockspring?

I lost my cruise control, horn and my air bag like is throwing a 3-2 code. Im about 99.9% positive it's a busted clockspring because I didn't lock my steering wheel when changing out my steering box. Next day, problems started
