Rear power windows stopped..

1999 CC f250.

Both of the rear windows stopped working with in a day of each other. All fuses are good and they will not work off of any of the switches. (Driver or both rear passengers). The 2 front still work.

Safe to assume both the rear motors went out? Anything else I should be looking at?

Turn the key on, open the rear door and press the window switch down and smack the door panel real hard in a few spots. Sometimes that will make them start to work. If it does, the motors are junk.

Can I just replace the motors or do I need the regulators also?

As long as the regulator isn't damaged then you should be able to replace just the motor.
