Wondering if anyone has had experience w/ their trans temp gauge pegging intermittently. I thought it was a bad connection or bad sensor. Called Autometer and they said to try and tighten the blade connections behind the sensor. I did that, got maybe 1/2 turn on the nuts and it worked. Problem solved, 'til about a day later when it pegged again. Maybe I got lucky or maybe it was totally unrelated. I double checked the ground for the gauges, and cleaned and reapplied the connection to the sensor. If all else fails I'll pull the gauge and send it back in. Anyone had experience w/ this before?...
