How to replace the power door lock with aftermarket

My last factory door lock motor went out this weekend so I thought I'd do a video of the replacement process since lots of folks ask about it. I know some of you have done this before and it's easy, this is for those that haven't.

I hope it helps.

I am shipping out a set of 4 for $50 shipped tomorrow. $60 if you want all 5 for your Excursion. Let me know if you want them and I'll pick up some for you too when I go by the supplier this afternoon. If I get your PayPal in time I can get yours out tomorrow with the other 4.

Good to know you got them, never know around the holidays. Let me know if you have any questions on the install.

I wonder if the locks are what i need to replace mine. When i push unlock you can see it move alittle but not enough to unlock it.

Yep, that's what the problem is. My passenger door even moved enough to where I thought it was locked, but then it would open and set my alarm off. This should solve your problem.
