Drivers door latch sticking

Having a problem with drivers door not closing properly. The inside/outside handles to open the door & the manual door lock stopped working. This didn't happen all at once the lock has been sticking for a while, The outside & inside handle has been sticking once in awhile but a couple slams of the door freed it up but now it won't come unstuck.

Took the door panel off & lubed everything up & now the manual unlock works fine, the inside door handle works but the outside latch is still sticking. If I push up on the lever inside the door it will release but still won't do it on its own.

Is there another/easy way to get this freed up again or do I have to replace it??
