How is the 1911 holster held on? And good charger idea. Only thing I'm worried about is the extinguisher?? Lol

Holster is bolted. It's a Serpa holster and has three nuts molded into the kydex.

For the knife I cut holes in the plastic and routing the webbing through it.

The iPod plug is Gorilla glued in place (has proven heat resistant).

The extinguisher is solid. I used extra large washers on the back, and the mount itself doesn't allow for any play.

I don't know what you're used to using fire extinguishers for, but I use them to extinguish fires...

Yeah, just in case. That's enough to get folks out of the truck if it goes up in flames, I have another in the back if someone else's car goes up... I've never had a car decide to spontaneously combust on me, but I've seen too many other cars burn down to not be prepared.

I was reading a thread about that 650 panel install. Pretty slick. I would have to get a custom label panel made, but it's a nice mod. What gauges did you put on it?

12" Alpine Type-X each with it's own Alpine 1000w PDX 1.1000. Front and rear components are also Alpine Type-X but I replaced the mids with CDT ES 06, they are fed by a 150w PDX 4.150.

Those are dual needle Firestone air gauges. I have Autometer boost, EGT & trans temp in the pillar pod with HPOP, fuel PSI, water temp and volt gauges above the mirror.
