Backwards Compatible? 2011 Ex-cab seats in a 99?

Just curious if the 60/40 Rear Bench Seat (fron an X-cab) can be swapped into my 99? There's a new 3-point seat belt system for the center passenger, that's the only issue I can see.

As long as the seat back mounts to the rear wall the same way, it should be ok. I think you might have to drill and tap a few holes in the floor, but that shouldn't be too bad. I just don't like those headrest in the back.
