Changing interior floor board carpet?

I have a 2002 F250 CCSD 7.3 XLT and was thinking about changing the floor carpet to something new. I have the cloth interior/cloth seats. Was kind of thinking about changing to leather and installing some kind of foam pad under the floor covering (whether i went with leather floor or stayed with carpet) for more plush and better sound barrier. Has anyone done this? Any links to resources i can check out?

thanks in advance

I ordered from StockInteriors.com and had great luck with them. I got the mass backing on mine and it is great. I went with a lighter color than stock. Below is what I ordered in September of last year.

ORDER DETAILS:

2443 - 129.95
Price (each): 184.95
Item Total: 184.95

V, thanks for the info. Just curious but what exactly is the Mass backing? Is that the Carpet along the a thick pad attached a one piece? The Price looks to be pretty decent.

The mass backing is just a thicker backing. Get samples, the colors do not really show true on the website. They are really easy to work with.
