Different Courtesy/Dome Light Issues

Hey group, hoping someone can help me with my strange dome / courtesy light problems.

First off, my issue is a little different than the common "dome lights stuck on" problem. Basically half the courtesy lights are stuck on, half are stuck off but still work. Confused? Me too. I will list everything I know below, and if you need more info let me know.

- Dome (roof) lights don't come on when a door is opened, always OFF. But they do turn on using the ON/OFF switch on the dome itself.

- Door courtesy lights and lights on the back of the cab are always stuck ON, whether doors are opened or closed.

- Dimmer switch on the dash doesn't isn't controlling any of the above.

- No Door Ajar light on the dash, even at startup.

I've tried a bit of WD40 in the lock mechanisms, no luck yet. But I have a feeling my issue is a bit more complex.
Checked and replaced Fuse 4 & 14, they're good. Relay #1 is clicking away.

Hope someone might have a solution, or have a suggestion as to where I should be looking next.
