Captain chairs in rear?

I have an 02 Crew cab with bench seat in rear. I am thinking (my first mistake) about installing a set of captains chairs in the rear, with an ARB fridge in between.

Has anyone installed captains chairs back there? How much space was left between?

Fab'ing up the mounts wont be too bad, just wondering about space left over..

You can try to get mounts off of a Lariat LE, King Ranch, or Harley truck. Some of them came with rear buckets. The seats apper to be the same buckets as the front with a different bracket.

I've been wantin to get a set of captians for my back as well. From the input I have gotten, yank out the bench and the holes are already there, my guess is the distance between seats would be the same as the front. I'm just havin a hard time findin the seats myself.

Is it only king ranch rear captains that bolt straight in, or will lets say, lariat front captains bolt into the rear? I can find front captains all day long.

From what I have been told, all crew cab models have the bolt patern for Captians Chairs using factory mount or of course the bench seat. Just pull the bench out and pull up the carpet. or I guess you could just crawl under your truck and check as well.

Fifty, Where do you find your Captians Chairs? I'm runnin an '03 cc lariat.

I find fronts on eBay all of the time. There is also a wrecker up in Sacramento. I don't mind the condition of the seats as I will retrim them to match the fronts. So finding ones with tears helps the cost.

I am just curious if a front chair will direct bolt to the rear? Or if I have to find rear captains for a direct bolt. (harder to find)

As I have understood what other more experiencd guys here have told me you can pull the seats out of your truck and put the bench in front and the Captians in the rear. Using factory mounts.
