f650 dash mod with cb mounted in it?

has anyone done this? I am looking to get one for mine to make the interior a little more.... uniform. i already have gauges on my pillar so those wont be going down there, except for possibly one for an air compressor for my air horn install i have to do yet.. I am going to mod it to hold my cb for a cleaner appearance, drill a small hole for my tuner knob, and mount my trailer brake controller in it. there are a few other ideas on how to do mine and what to do, but this seems to be the most acceptable in my eyes. anyone got a similar setup?

also interested in this.. I just ordered the 650 dash from stealth auto. I don't currently have a cb but that will be a future accessory. my trucks manual trans so im really limited with open dash space

i have a friend that has his set up in the cubby hole, not sure how he did it but i can ask. i put mine right in front of my middle seat. i made a bracket that bolts to the center seat and places the CB right in front of it. it actually stays out of the way for the most part, my girlfriend can sit there and it doesn't bug her. just an idea...

if you dont have an overhead console i like mine on the ceiling just like my pete at work
