Where did you guys with 6speed mount switches?

Looking for a place to put a few extra switches on my 03 6speed. I was going to go with something like a whelen 6 way switch box but im not even sure where i would mount it on the dash where it wouldn't interfere with the stick. Looking at my dash there aren't too many places to mount up switches 'clean' and not interfere with the shifter... Im sure im not the first to tackle this, any body have suggestions or pics?? hoping not to cut into my dash too much.
I have 3-4 switches in mind for now.

I put 2 inside of my center console. If I do many more, I'll have to think long and hard because I hate the look of $2 switches hanging out of $15k truck's dash. I think I'd like to swap in the lower dash from a newer SD with the upfitters, but I've not looked into much more than see that some folks appear to have done it w/out issue.

Look into the f650 dash mod or just a set of upfitter switches from a 05-07 and put em where the small useless cubby hole is..

Fairly easy other than wiring. Just pull out the switches and use the faceplate to mock up where the tabs will snap in. Then just use a dremel and notch it out.

Looks almost factory.

650 dash won't work with a 6 speed as far as I know...else I'd have one. Someone feel free to correct me (correcting me with a picture would be even better)

Thanks,
Ryan

It will. The 650's had two different styles. A low profile (small) for standards. And a larger one for the autos. I don't have a pic of it but riff raff diesel has em in both sizes.

Damned if they don't have one for a manual...not quite as impressive as the one for an auto, but I could get around that if it weren't over twice the price of the one for the auto...
