07 motorized pedals in 02 f350

Was thinking of swapping in 07 harley motorized gas and brake pedals into my 02 f350,,, my truck didnt come with power pedals so not sure if these will even work!! Has anyone done this conversion or should i just look for my year power pedals????? mounting looks alittle different and plugs are different but thats not too bad just not sure if it worth all the work, pedals are badass so if i cant get them to work ill sell them!!
