Power door locks/overhead console

Ok so now that I'm about to upgrade my audio I need to get my power locks working properly. The rear ones don't move at all they try too but they don't get nowhere... And the front ones work sometimes other times they struggle....

Also the overhead visible is busted up the compartments are missing but the computer is there. Where can I find the stuff needed

Also any insight on theft deterrents? I've seen alot ofthese trucks broken into and or stolen. Any remedys? Thanks guys

Door lock actuators. AM Auto parts is where I got mine. Four for 80 something bucks I think? They are OEM too. They work perfectly fine.
I don't understand what you're saying about the OTC though.

So someone basically hacked it apart?
If the OTC isn't there, you need it, and the compartment. There's a black one that actually holds stuff inside the colored one to make it pretty.

The AP Auto ones are junk, or at least the 4 I got were. Pay a little more and get them from Parts Guy Ed, aka Horizon Ford. Real Does parts are worth it.

AM Auto ones have worked great.
2000 Ford F350 Truck Power Door Lock Actuator Set of 4 - AM Autoparts
That's what I got. All four work after two years on them and many more miles.
The black tray fits underneath the skin cover. The skin piece has a lip so nothing will fall out.
