Instrument Cluster has no lighting.

I bought a 2003 f250 7.3 a few days ago for a deal. It has a few problems though. It has an oil leak in the valley of the engine, probably hpop. 4wd won't engage at all (electrical) and the lights behind the gauges don't work. This is my biggest concern because I'm going to get a ticket if I cant see my speedo. (leadfoot syndrome) so any ideas? I highly doubt all the bulbs blew at once, and it doesn't seem to be a fuse.

I had like 3 or 4 of the big bulbs out in my dash, I could barely see the dash at night even with the brightness turned all the way up. Only took about 15 minutes to remove the radio, 2 7mm bolts behind the radio and unclip the dash. Replaced the lights and now I see everything perfectly.

But if it's not a bulb you might want to check the fuses. Well, good luck.
