Painting panels.

Hey guys, my door panels have some scratches on the flat part near the windows. I wanted to paint these panels. Whats best to use to fill the scraches? Best paint?

If anyone has any pix of your interior remodel I would love to see them.

Im thinking about going with black and red as you can see that is the sceem of my truck.
