Neon Interior Lights?

Hey guys, I have gauges on the way and I am also wanting to spice up my interior by putting some green neon lights under the dash to light up the floor board. What do you guys think? Is it too much or do you think it will look nice and clean?

If you guys think I should go through with it, is there any way to wire it up to where they kick on when the interior lights come on?

Yeah I was thinking as long as I kept it simple it would just look nice and clean. I just need to figure out how to wire it up so they kick on when the interior lights come on

I have red LED strips that shine on my floor and I love it, it was too boring and dark in my truck at night, they added just enough light to make it look nice but arent too bright. If you want your to come on with your interior lights I'd tap into the parking light wire, unless you want to dim them with your interior lights, then you'd have to tap into one of the wires coming out of the back of your dimmer switch. Im not sure what one, never done that. I have mine on a switch so if I get pulled over I can turn them off, not sure if they are illegal or not but better safe than sorry, if you want picks of mine Ill post some
