shoulder strap?

I have a 2000 F250 ext cab. I also have three kids and youngest is in car seat ( in middle of back seat). He will be coming out of seat soon. I want him to have a shoulder strap. Currently it has a lap belt. Do any rear bench seats have a shoulder strap for middle?

I know my 04 does not and it bugs the hell outa be it would be nice to have my boy in the middle but no shoulder strap no middle

08s have a shoulder strap.

Looks like the back seat is different. Maybe see if you could find somebody who has one and look at the seat and how the seatbelt mounts...
