Looking for opinions on supercab seat room

I am looking at buying a 2002 F350 supercab, but its 300 miles away and I don't know anyone who owns one...SO, I would like to know from some people who have sat, or own one of these cabs.
Is there enough back seat room to fit a baby seat and have two people ride in the backseat in relative comfort?
We have a 04 Dodge 4 door pickup now, I really want to know if its about the same as that for space.
Thanks in advance!

Comfort like around town? Sure. Comfort like 8 hour drive? Hell no.

It has less room than a 4 door dodge. If your going to be hauling more than just two people around a lot I would look into a crewcab for comfort.

I don't think it is much different from your dodge but the back of my seats are hard plastic for some reason so it your knees are pressed into it at all it hurts like hell. Unless you get a smoking deal hold out for a four door ford, way more room than the Dodge.

It is on the 2001+ seats. They switched to seat belts in the seat and the flip down center console changed and has cup holders. Not sure if the kept it in 03+ but for sure 01-03.

Ah, after searching eBay, it looks like it's a 2002+ thing.

I have a 97 x cab and my next truck will be a crew cab. its hard enough to get the kid in and out let alone if i had additional passengers. the half doors would help but not allot.

I've had a rear facing car seat in the middle and 2 adults in my back seat. I have yet to try a front facing car seat, but I can see where it might not work due to the short seat bottom (front to back) Its certainly wide enough for 3, but the most common complaint for longer trips is the seat bottom is too short. Its ok for shorter trips (less than an hour) but longer trips would prob require a crew cab.

I love the look and will stick with an ext cab. Haven't had the issue of long trips back there, but if I ever did, the passengers can rotate front to back and I'm sure they would be fine. ( I never give up my seat)
