Exclamation window motor problems....

Body shop put an 08 driver's side door on my truck and had all the old hardware match up to it. Problem is, now my window is extremely sluggish and sometimes stops movement up or down.
My question is what should I be looking to replace...and here's a couple vids to describe it.

good window:

i would take the door panel off and watch the track while you try to roll it down to make sure everything went back in properly and is lubed.then look at the motor.make sure its not hanging up on any wires

Man, I thought mine was slow. My driver's side is slow, and while the passenger side isn't too slow, sometimes it doesn't work. I've discovered that if I open and slam the door shut while holding down the switch, it'll jolt the motor into working. You probably just need a new motor.

zaair- ford has a known problem with their window switches, i would start there first for the not working part of the problem.

I've already checked em.. Getting power going to and coming from the switches. Ripped the door panel off and am getting power to the motor. It's the motor itself (on the passenger side, at least).

I'm guessing that CanadaDiesel's "new" 08 door sat open and unprotected in a junk yard for awhile, which is why the window isn't working so well.

Door shell is the only 08 part. My body guy took out my 99 window, track, motor, door latch + lock, etc...That's why I can't figure out why it's working like sh!t when it worked great before, when the door was half smashed in from the rollover

The front track on mine was broken in half, and the spot welds that hold on the mounting brackets where broken off also. I welded it all back together and the window works great.
