LED in dome lights? what size? pics?

Okay so im looking to replace my dome lights with some Leds maybe blue or green, wondering what size i need i i think its either 39mm or the 42mm, also anybody who has done this could i see some pics of the replaced ones?

at a gtg today, i saw recon led dome lights. didnt get to see them in use but im told looks nice.

yes ive seen those, not exactly what im looking for, im looking for just the bulbs the festoon bulbs.

I got two 42mm ones and put them both in the dome light on my truck. Instead of putting one in the center holder, I put one on each side of the holder. Works perfect and plenty bright. The ones on the switches on each side I put black lights in them.

I bought a plate of 30 LEDs off ebay for about 20 bucks and it has worked for over a year and it is obnoxiously bright.

Ebay. I think there like $8 bucks for 2 bulbs.

Stock bulb should be a 578 (44mm X 10mm)

42x10 will work fine though, 44x10 LEDs are a little harder to find.
