Gage Cluster Swap

Ok I just bought a 00 E350 extended van. A while ago I bought a scrapped 05 E350 for all the parts. Just silly stuff. Seats, tow mirrors, interior, headlights, chrome bumpers etc. One of the things I yanked though was the gauge cluster because it had a tach.
Will the whole panel fit into my 00 like it belongs? Also will it plug and play? I know the vans pretty much havnt changed since like 92 but this seems like one of the things that might have.
Please let me know. Thank you in advance.

It's nowhere near plug and play and basically won't work... Your 2000 has the mechanical odometer, while the 2005 is the electronic.
