KR leather repair

I just picked up a complete KR interior out of a '01 F150 to put in my '94 RC. All I am using is the front seats and console, but the drivers seat has a couple small tears that would need to get repaired and then maybe get them redyed to look like new again. Does anyone know of a shop in the South Texas area that I can talk to about this? I got the whole interior for $500, so if I have to put a little into repairs I should still come out even if I sell the rear seats and console. Also, can the rear seat bottom cover be swapped onto the front since they are both buckets?

I'd just swap the covers. KR leather is a biatch to match.
